Have achieved research or technological results in natural sciences or engineering recognized by peer experts, demonstrate the potential to become an academic leader or distinguished talent in the field, and priority will be given to those whose expertise aligns with the disciplinary needs of our schools/departments；

3. Generally, candidates should hold a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D department with at least two consecutive years of overseas work experience. For those who obtained their Ph.D. abroad and demonstrate exceptionally outstanding achievements, the work experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
