Biography of the Speaker:

Dr. Goran Vladisavljevic is a leader of Particle Microfluidic Group in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University. His research is focused on design, formulation, and manufacture of smart, monodispersed functional droplets and micro/nano- particles with tailored properties using microfabrication methods. Goran’s research was funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, the Fulbright Commission, Royal Society, Innovate UK, and Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council of the UK. In recognition of his excellent achievements towards Japan-UK academic collaboration, he was awarded a Bridge UK-JSPS fellowship. Goran published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals cited about 4,000 times.
