Abstract:

This workshop will interpret the assessment logic and coping strategies for leaderless group interviews, eliminate students' cognitive blind spots, and help students gain practical experience. Combining theoretical analysis with practical simulation, it aims to relieve students' anxiety in group interviews, improve on-the-spot performance and self-confidence, and help them get familiar with the real scenarios of corporate recruitment in advance.
