In full bloom of spring, Beihang University has launched apainting exhibition on the theme of serving the country through aviation at its artmuseum. The exhibition aims to highlight the core values of loyalty, self-reliance, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence, which are integral to the modern spirit of aviation, enhancing the public’s understanding and appreciation of these ideals.
Co-organized by Beihang University and Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., the exhibition highlights a series of aviation-themed paintings by Professor Gong Haoqin from the School of New Media Art and Design at Beihang University, a member of the China Artists Association and the China Literature and Art Critics Association.
Professor Gong’s works have been exhibited at prestigious venues such as the National Art Museum of China and the Beijing 798 Art District, and are part of collections at institutions including the National Art Museum of China, Yiai Lake Art Museum, Cai Yuanpei Memorial Hall, and the Chinese Embassy in France. He has also held solo exhibitions at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in the U.S. and the United Nations Office in Vienna, among other locations.
