To celebrate its 72nd anniversary, Beihang University is hosting anoil painting exhibition ofJinggangshan at its art museum. Jointly organized byBeihangUniversity and the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the exhibitionbrings together three generations of well-known oil painters from across China.
Jinggangshan, the cradle of Chinese revolution, embodies the original aspiration and mission of theCommunist Party of China. The Jinggangshan spirit is not only a powerful force for Communists but also a valuable resource formoral and aesthetic education in the new era. With the infusion of theJinggangshan spirit into their artworks, the Chinese oil painters’ creations are not only a review of history but also a vision for the future. With passion and dedication,these artists are driving the flourishing development of contemporary Chinese oil painting and contributing to the ongoing narrative of Chinese modernization.
