As the 2026 Chinese New Year approaches, Zhao Changlu, Secretary of the CPC Beihang University Committee, visited frontline staff members and students staying on campus during the holiday, extending warm greetings and inspecting safety and stability measures across the campus.
During the visit, Secretary Zhao conveyed festive wishes and presented them with New Year gifts, bringing a strong sense of festivity and warmth to the campus community.

Secretary Zhao and his delegation visited laboratories at the School of Astronautics to oversee laboratory safety and research operation protocols. He expressed appreciation to the working faculty and students and inquired about their research progress and daily lives. "While enhancing practical innovation capabilities, we must also strengthen safety and confidentiality awareness," Zhao emphasized.
He stated that safety is of paramount importance, urging everyone to integrate safety awareness into all aspects of the university's work and to ensure comprehensive, gap-free safety management. This would allow everyone to enjoy a safe and peaceful holiday, he added.

At student dormitories, Secretary Zhao interacted with students staying on campus and residential staff, learning about their holiday plans and daily routines. He assured them that the university would strive to provide full logistical support to meet their academic and living needs, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment.
He also reminded students to keep in touch with their families to reassure them during the festival. He encouraged everyone to make full use of university and school resources, plan their time wisely, balance work and rest, and enjoy a joyful, fulfilling, and safe festival.

The delegation also visited security posts, dining halls, and the transport service center to thank the dedicated on-duty staff for their service. Secretary Zhao extended New Year wishes to all staff for good health, smooth work, and family happiness.
