On the afternoon of March 18, the First Large-scale Comprehensive Spring Job Fair for the 2026 graduates of Beihang University was held at the track and field ground, volleyball court and tennis court of Xueyuan Road Campus.

With the theme "Expanding Opportunities, Empowering Precisely," the job fair fully implements the deployment for employment and entrepreneurship of 2026 college graduates, closely aligning with the national talent strategy needs. It aims to build a high-quality platform for supply-demand matching and fully support graduates in securing broader and higher-quality employment.

First Online-Offline Integration with Thousands of Enterprises Participating
To expand the reach of employment resources, the job fair adopted the mode of "offline main venue+online cloud platform" for the first time, featuring three highlights: unprecedented scale, wider coverage, and more precise matching.

A total of 518 enterprises recruited talents on site, while over 10,000 employers participated via the online platform, offering more than 34,000 jobs in total. The job fair attracted more than 5,600 student visits, including over 1,800 on-campus students and nearly 3,800 off-campus students. The online platform is open and shared with universities nationwide, enabling students to submit resumes online. It has formed a new collaborative pattern of employment resources—hosted by Beihang, shared with universities and beneficial to talent across the country—fully demonstrating Beihang's mission and responsibility in serving the national employment landscape.

Vice President Deng Yi visited the job fair and exchanged views with key employers and graduates, stating that the university would safeguard graduates' high-quality employment with higher strategic positioning, more practical measures and better services.

Seven Special Zones Newly Launched to Align with Industry Demands
In response to urgent national strategic needs and industrial transformation trends, the job fair introduced a large-scale zoning matching model for the first time, setting up seven distinctive zones: Aerospace & High-End Equipment, Information Technology, Integrated Circuits, Humanities & Social Sciences and Education, Biomedicine, Western Development, and Alumni Enterprises. It gathered enterprises from 28 provinces across China, enabling the precise matching of "industry+major+employment."

The Western Development Zone welcomed Guiyang's first large-scale group recruitment, providing 341 jobs with a demand of 1,501 people, including 1,077 undergraduates, 226 master's students and 198 doctoral students. A policy consultation zone for "Talent Card" and "Talent Housing Settlement" was set up on site, extending an invitation to Beihang students.
Upgraded Smart Employment with One-Stop Services
The expanded "AI Xiaohang" Smart Employment Experience Zone once again became the highlight of the job fair. Multiple intelligent terminals were newly added to build a one-stop service system of "diagnosis-optimization-output-consultation," integrating a full chain of functions including resume printing, intelligent revision, personality assessment and mock interviews, realizing one-stop services of "on-the-spot resume revision, printing and mock interviews."

"After experiencing these AI devices and touring the job fair, I feel much more at ease and have a clearer plan for my future. The job fair is very helpful for junior students," said Ning Xianbin, a sophomore from Shen Yuan Honors College.
On the basis of traditional services such as resume counseling and employment policy consultation, the job fair introduced a special zone for civil service examination consultation for the first time to meet graduates' diversified job needs. It provided one-on-one guidance on core issues including examination analysis, post selection and preparation planning, helping graduates seize opportunities in the civil service examination.

Housing Service on Campus for the First Time to Support Students Staying in Beijing
Targeting graduates' needs for employment and housing in Beijing, the job fair set up a booth for "Haidian Housing Settlement Express on Campus" for the first time, bringing exclusive preferential policies and considerate services to campus. It provided one-stop housing guidance including rental consultation, contract signing and rights protection for graduates, helping them take the "first step in their careers" and bridging the "last mile" of employment services.

"I can consult about rental issues on campus and enjoy exclusive preferential policies for graduates, which makes me feel warm," said Feng Yan, a graduate from the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering who will soon join a technology enterprise in Beijing.

Since the autumn recruitment season, the university has focused on three dimensions of "job supply, capacity improvement and service guarantee" to meet the job-seeking needs of 2026 graduates. It has regularly organized 150 employment guidance activities including career consultation and industry introduction, covering about 3,000 student visits, and held 469 recruitment activities such as job fairs, company presentations and group recruitments, attracting more than 3,100 employers to recruit on campus.
