With the theme of “Opportunities and Challenges: Contemporary Animated Creation and Teaching”, the activity of Month of International Art Exchange in 2018, hosted by the School of New Media Art and Design of Beihang University, will be held from October 15 to 26. This activity aims to strengthen international communications, broaden students' horizons, grasp the frontiers of new media and design, and promote the construction of excellent liberal arts as well as special arts disciplines.

The activity isdivided into three parts: Emotional Intelligence Animation Workshop, in which Prof. Anna Brigitta Hosea from University for the Creative Arts will guide the creation of undergraduates in Beihang; Opportunities and Challenges: Contemporary Animated Creation and Teaching symposium, to which well-known experts and scholars from the University for the Creative Arts, the University of Kassel, Tsinghua University, Communication University of China, Beijing Film Academy and other universities are invited; Exhibition & Show, in which the results of the workshop will be displayed.
