GUO Lei

Guo Lei (1966.4—) is a professor at the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, a fellow of IEEE and IET, and a member of the Chinese Association of Automation and the China Association of Inventions. He also serves as Director of the Navigation, Guidance, and Control Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. Prof. Guo received his PhD from Southeast University in 1997.

Prof. Guo has long been engaged in the research of anti-interference control theory and applications. He established theoretical methods for compound fine control of multi-source interference systems and made significant breakthroughs in key technologies of autonomous navigation and control systems for aircraft. He has published six academic monographs, over 420 SCI/EI papers, and has been granted more than 120 invention patents.

His achievements have earned him several prestigious awards, including the second prize of State Natural Science Award, the second prize of State Technological Invention Award, the first prize of Technological Invention Award in provincial and ministerial level, the first prize of Natural Science Award by the Ministry of Education, the first prize of Technological Invention Award by the Ministry of Education (all ranked first), and the National Award for Excellence in Innovation, among other scientific and technological honors.
