Recently, the Baosteel Education Foundation announced the “Winner List of Baosteel Education Award 2024.” All eight recommended professors and students of Beihang University won the award.

Professor Cao Qinghua from ShenYuan Honors College won the special prize of Baosteel Excellent Teacher (one of the ten nationwide); Professor Cong Baoqiang from the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation and Associate Professor Fu Lisha from the School of Marxism earned the Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award; Chen Keyan from the School of Astronautics was awarded the special prize of Baosteel Excellent Student; Ning Ran from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Ma Chenbin from theSchool of Biological Science and Medical Engineering, Zhang Yankai from the School of Transportation Science and Engineering, and Yu Zhiping from the School of Astronautics received the Baosteel Excellent Student Award.

The Baosteel Education Award is a major public welfare undertaking of the Baosteel Education Foundation to support higher education in China. It is one of the most influential national education awards established by state-owned enterprises, supported and guided by the government, planned and consulted with experts, and actively participated by colleges and universities. The award aims to reward outstanding talent, show respect to the teaching profession, promote industry-university cooperation, and support educational development.
